Clinical leadership

Clinical expertise.
Clearly defined responsibilities.

A collaborating physician supports clinical teamwork. A medical director leads agreed parts of your care program. We help you understand which roles your clinic needs and what each person will do.

01

Collaborating physicians

Connect practices led by nurse practitioners or physician assistants with a collaborating physician. Agree on the care services, patient locations, advice, and review the physician will provide.

02

Medical director services

Coordinate physician leadership for your clinical program, with an agreed scope for protocols, clinical escalation, team guidance, and quality-review responsibilities.

03

PC–MSO coordination

Plan the relationship between a physician-owned medical practice (PC) and the business support organization (MSO). Medical decisions stay with licensed clinicians.

04

Clinical team onboarding

Bring physician leadership into your actual workflow: platform access, care-team introductions, documentation processes, and communication channels.

05

Program and workflow planning

Work through intake, clinical review, prescribing, labs, and follow-up with the clinicians responsible for your program.

06

Support for existing teams

Add a defined physician leadership relationship or coordinate additional provider access around your current clinicians, systems, and patient experience.

One relationship. Or a complete clinical foundation.

Start with the role you need today. Combine physician collaboration or medical direction with provider staffing, TeleDocs.app, patient coordinators, and pharmacy or insurance support as your business requires.

Build your service combination
FOR NP- AND PA-LED PRACTICES

A physician relationship.
Built around your practice.

Tell us who is delivering care, where patients are located, and which services you offer. We review the physician relationship needed for your model and coordinate the introduction and operating scope.

  • Specialty, licensure, and practice-fit review
  • Defined consultation and chart-review expectations where applicable
  • Onboarding, communication, and agreement coordination
FOR CLINICS & MULTI-BRAND ORGANIZATIONS

Leadership for the care.
Clarity for the business.

Medical direction is an ongoing clinical role. We scope responsibilities with the physician and your organization so the clinical team knows how protocols, escalation, and review work within your program.

  • Program oversight and clinical responsibilities
  • Clinical escalation and team communication
  • Review cadence, availability, and fees agreed before engagement
CLINICAL ENTITY & OPERATING SUPPORT

Connect the clinical entity.
Build the operating structure.

We coordinate applicable physician-owned entity relationships and the business support around them. The clinical entity retains responsibility for medical services; the MSO supports the agreed administrative, technology, and operating work.

  • Clinical-entity relationship and ownership documentation
  • Administrative service scope and implementation coordination
  • Separate planning for payer enrollment and billing when needed
THE DETAILS THAT MATTER

A few good
questions.

Can I engage a collaborating physician without a full clinic package?

Yes. Tell us the specific relationship you need. Collaborating physician and medical director services can be scoped individually or alongside other Telehealth US services.

Is a collaborating physician the same as a medical director?

They are distinct roles. Physician collaboration is scoped around the relevant practitioners and their practice relationship; medical direction addresses the agreed clinical leadership responsibilities for the program or organization. We define each role in the proposed engagement.

Can one physician fill both roles?

We can review that possibility based on the physician, specialty, state requirements, availability, and responsibilities. One relationship should not be assumed to satisfy every role your organization needs.

Does this include insurance participation or every state?

The engagement is scoped to the relevant clinicians, entities, services, and patient states. Insurance enrollment and payer participation are separate matters. Our nationwide provider network does not mean every physician leadership arrangement is available in every location.

What should I bring to the first conversation?

Share your business name, care programs, intended patient states, current provider types, existing clinical entity, and the role you need. We can then discuss fit, responsibilities, availability, and pricing.
