Provider network

The people behind
your care programs.

A provider network gives your business a foundation for reaching patients in more places. We scope the clinical access around your specialties, patient locations, staffing needs, and existing team, then connect those requirements to your operating plan.

01

State-by-state planning

Match intended patient locations with the appropriate licensed provider relationships. Network reach is reviewed alongside the availability of your specific care programs.

02

Care-program alignment

Define the clinical expertise, intake, consultation, and follow-up needs for weight management, hormones, mental health, primary care, and other scoped services.

03

Clinical-entity coordination

Work through the applicable clinical-entity and medical-director relationships for your model, with clear ownership of medical and administrative decisions.

04

Your providers, our providers, or both

Build a staffing approach around your existing clinicians and the additional access you need. Clarify scheduling, team access, and responsibility for follow-up.

05

Consultation workflows

Review real-time visits and asynchronous evaluation where clinically appropriate and permitted, with the clinical team defining the care-delivery approach.

06

Operational support around care

Connect clinicians with patient coordinators, scheduling support, pharmacy follow-up, and testing workflows so administrative steps keep moving.

50 states. Washington, DC. Your next chapter.

Nationwide network reach supports your expansion plan. Specific services, clinician availability, prescribing, and visit formats are reviewed for the relevant patient location and program.

  • Defined medical and administrative ownership
  • Coordination between your organization and care teams
Expanding an existing clinic

Plan the next state.
Or the next service.

Start with the gap in your current business: additional geographic reach, a new specialty, or more operational support. We review the clinical relationships and workflows needed before you introduce the expanded offering to patients.

  • Current provider and program review
  • Intended patient states and service scope
  • Phased implementation and staffing plan
THE DETAILS THAT MATTER

A few good
questions.

Does nationwide coverage mean every service is offered everywhere?

No. Our network includes licensed providers in all 50 states plus DC, while specific services, provider availability, treatment pathways, and visit formats depend on the applicable program and location.

Is provider access the same as insurance participation?

No. State licensure and provider access are distinct from payer credentialing, enrollment, and contracting. If you plan to accept insurance, we can scope those additional requirements with you.

Who makes treatment and prescribing decisions?

Licensed clinicians make clinical decisions based on their evaluation and the applicable requirements. A business owner, coordinator, or software workflow does not determine whether a patient receives a particular treatment.

Can I expand without replacing my current clinical team?

Yes. We can discuss adding provider access and supporting services around your current team, with responsibilities and workflows defined for the combined model.
